Logo and Visual Brand
Identity Design

  • While much of what makes up a brand is your audience’s opinion and feeling toward your business, what it offers, and how it operates, that ever-evolving impression would be difficult without the proper tools to identify and communicate all of the above.

    Supported by the foundation of your brand framework, a strategic and comprehensive identity system is designed to build brand recognition, loyalty, and trust, converting your audience into customers and helping your business grow.

  • Starting at $6,000, each Visual Brand Design project will be custom quoted based on desired scope and timeline.

    A 50% deposit is required upon booking with remaining balance paid following an agreed upon payment schedule and before final deliverables are handed over.

    6-12 weeks is the average lifespan of a Visual Brand Design project for a small to medium sized business. Timelines vary depending on scope, complexity and rate of communication from client. An estimated timeline will be provided with project proposal.

  • The following deliverables are included in every Visual Brand Design project:

    • Primary logo + secondary logo

    • Up to 3 supporting marks

    • Color palette

    • Font selections (subject to additional licensing fees)

    • Up to 2 brand patterns or illustrations (client’s choice)

    • Social media assets (profile + banner graphic)

    • Business card design (or another stationary item of choice; final print-ready artwork supplied for up to 5 employees)

    • All marks and elements delivered in popular file formats (png, jpeg, svg, eps)

    • Brand Style Guide outlining specifications and proper use of each asset included in the scope

    The following can be added onto the scope with cost reflected in custom quote:

    • Additional marks beyond what’s included in the standard scope

    • Additional brand patterns and/or illustrations beyond what’s included in the standard scope

    • Custom icon system

    • Additional social media graphics such as templated posts that can be edited by the client

    • Business stationery design beyond what’s included in the standard scope

    • Photography style direction (using examples only, not actual brand photography)

    • Art Direction for brand photography photoshoot with a professional photographer

Print Collateral and
Packaging Design

  • The opportunities to effectively deploy your visual brand assets are endless, from stationery items to marketing materials, and product packaging.

    With experience in print and editorial design, Linsey is well-versed in production processes including digital, offset, and wide-format printing, and can work with fabricators to offer a range of custom options to help your business stand out along retail shelves, at trade shows and networking events, in direct-mail marketing campaigns, and beyond.

  • Due to varying scopes and complexities, this service is quoted on a per-project basis. Depending on the estimated cost, a deposit may be due upon booking with the remaining balance paid following an agreed-upon payment schedule and before final deliverables are handed over.

    Timelines vary depending on scope, complexity and rate of communication from client and any other involved parties such as a fabricator. An estimated timeline will be provided with project proposal.

  • Each print or packaging piece will go through a concept, design, revision, and production prep phase.

    Specific capabilities include but are not limited to:

    • Business cards and other stationary items

    • Marketing collateral (i.e. brochures, pamphlets, direct mail, handouts)

    • Promotional products + branded merchandise

    • Labels, stickers, tape

    • Custom direct-print packaging

    For an additional fee, Linsey will act as a liaison between you and the fabricator from concept to final production.

Web/Digital User Interface Visual Design

  • Similar to interior elevations and renderings that guide builders on the design aspects of a construction project, UI Visual Design focuses on the visual layout and components of a website, mobile app, or digital device.

    From page layout and navigation design to colors, fonts, button styles, and more, this service relieves web developers from the creative pressure while ensuring your digital presence effectively supports and communicates your brand.

    *Note: This service does not include Website Building/Development.

  • Starting at $3,500, this services is quoted per-project based on size and complexity of the site and project scope.

    A 50% deposit is required upon booking with remaining balance paid following an agreed upon payment schedule and before final deliverables are handed over.

    6-12 weeks is the average lifespan of a UI Visual Design project for a small to medium sized business with a modest number of web pages needing designed. Timelines vary depending on scope, complexity and rate of communication from client and any other involved parties such as the developer. An estimated timeline will be provided with project proposal.

  • The following deliverables are included in every UI Visual Design project:

    • 1-2 initial design concepts

    • Up to 2 rounds of revisions to narrow down the overall direction and aesthetic

    • Detailed mockups of up to 10 web pages or app screens that demonstrate the final appearance, page layout, navigation, interactive components like buttons and text fields, and the use of colors, fonts, imagery and other visual elements

    • UI Visual Style Guide that specifies sizes, effects, actions, color, placement, and other details of each component for your developer to reference during website/app/software development

    The following can be added onto the scope with cost reflected in custom quote:

    • Custom designed icons to be used throughout the website/app/device

    • Stock photography, art, or video

    • Mockups of additional pages/screens beyond the 10 already included

    • On-going collaboration with your web development team

  • From consumer and trade magazines to catalogs and literary works, this service spans cover design to full interior formatting of print and digital publications.     Similar to publication design, Linsey can provide visuals to enhance any professional presentation such as investor pitch decks, B2B proposals, design books for designers, developers/realtors, manufacturers, and more.   • This layered service merges graphic design, architecture, art, lighting, landscaping, and other fields to enhance the user experience of an interior or exterior space. Well-designed signage and way-finding systems successfully accomplish three things:

Well-designed environmental graphics – sometimes referred to as experiential graphics – successfully accomplishes three things:

    This highly customized service encompasses distinct but overlapping areas of focus including way-finding systems and placemaking, retail display, exhibition design, mural design, branded spaces, and more, and typically incorporate marketing and advertising efforts.

Custom Artwork and Surface Pattern Design

  • What if you could further support your brand’s story through custom wallpaper or upholstery? From your place of business to products and packaging, Linsey offers custom artwork and surface pattern design intended to thoughtfully accent your company’s personality.

  • Custom Artwork, Illustration or Surface Pattern Design is typically quoted per design with rates ranging from $500 - $5,000+ depending on complexity, usage, exclusivity, and other factors.

    Linsey will maintain copyrights to all custom illustration and surface pattern designs and will remain available for licensing outside of client’s usage. Client will have the option to purchase the copyrights and/or enter a licensing agreement for their design(s).

    Timelines vary depending on scope, complexity and rate of communication from client. An estimated timeline will be provided with project proposal.

  • Each illustration or surface pattern design will go through a concept, design, revision, and production prep phase.

    If multiple applications are intended for a single pattern design, additional file prep may be needed for various material and fabrication processes, which may require additional design fees.

    Specific pattern applications include but are not limited to:

    • Domestics - bedding, bath, kitchen, tabletop (soft goods and hard goods)

    • Wallcovering - paper-, vinyl-, and fabric-based, acoustic paneling, printed murals

Commercial & Hospitality Interior Design

  • From retail, medical, and restaurant design collaborations with HIVE Collective to unique hospitality and vacation rental design, clients are provided with a new or refreshed environment designed in a beautifully functional way, keeping in mind the space, the brand, and the people connected to it.

  • Commercial Interior Design projects are custom quoted based on design team members, scope, timeline, and complexity.

    Timelines vary greatly due to project size and scope, whether or not it is a new construction, full or partial remodel, or a simple upfit, complexity and outside factors such as local permitting offices, contractors, fabricators and vendors. Simple upfits and small remodels can take 3 to 6 months while larger renovations and new construction projects can span 1 to 3+ years.

  • Each Commercial Interior Design* project varies but most involve a standard scope that include but are not limited to the following:
