Olivette Riverside Community & Farm

Olivette is a 411-acre planned community and historic farm, located along the French Broad River, just 6.7 miles from downtown Asheville. An agrihood community, Olivette is home to a vibrant vegetable, fruit, and flower farm. The community also provides seven acres of riverfront beach, a large private river island, miles of walking trails, and so much more.

For the past 5+ years, Linsey has lent a creative hand to the pioneering team behind Olivette Riverside Community & Farm and Olivette Realty. Bridging each of the four brands, Linsey’s scope so far has included refreshed and new visual brand identities to informational signage throughout completed hamlets and new construction areas, print and real estate advertising collateral, social media graphics, and more.
